I’ve always had trouble losing weight on diet plans. Even on the Atkins low carb diet I stalled, but Austin convinced me if I just gave My Keto Plan the 21 days and followed the plan faithfully, I would see results. He wasn’t kidding! I’ve NEVER lost that much so quickly!

Week Two

After losing so much the first week, it was almost a bummer that I “only” lost 3.8 pounds the second week. I had to laugh at myself when I looked at the two week total and realized I’d lost over a pound a day on average. That’s really amazing. I am really impressed with this plan.
