What will I eat?

The plan relies on whole, healthy foods available at your local store.

What's required?

You must be willing to stick to the plan as prescribed. This includes a willingness to cook meals for yourself using whole, fresh foods. You must also be willing to follow the 3 My Keto Plan rules:

  1. Never eat anything your haven't entered into your My Keto Plan journal.
  2. Skip a meal—or two—before breaking rule #1.
  3. Don't re-evaluate or tweak your diet for 3 weeks. Stick to the plan.

How is this plan different from other weight loss plans?

My Keto Plan is customized to work with your individual metabolism. We take into account your body type and use science-based protocols to help you reach your weight goals. Through trial and error, we have figured out which foods maximize weight loss, and which foods slow weight loss. Is this plan right for me?

There are some medical conditions which are not compatible with a ketogenic diet. If you have any of these conditions, we recommend that you NOT follow a ketogenic diet. You must also be over 18 years old. Provided you meet the above requirements, we believe the diet can help you.

What types of payment do you accept?

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. There’s no contract on our plans—you just pay as you go, and you can cancel any time without penalty.

What happens after my chosen plan expires?

Once you reach the end of your current plan, your account will be put on hold (your meals will all stay safe and sound, don't worry) until you renew your current plan or choose a new plan.
